THE ACCOMODATION

Three double bedrooms, two reception rooms, an upstairs sitting room with breathtaking views, and two large bathrooms.  Sunny patios and small conservatory area into lower entrance.  Linen supplied.  Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
Main Entrance Holiday Cottage

Main Entrance - Ground Floor
Opening into kitchen on one side and sitting/dining room on the other. Fridge freezer, hob/fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.

Large scrubbed pine table comfortably seats six and small sitting area with sofa and armchair. Original pine floor.

 
  Second Entrance - Lower Ground Floor
Conservatory/passage to original Georgian front door, opening into lower ground floor twin bedroom and large bathroom with shower, bath and basin.  This is a charming space, with two cubby hole windows, one of which displays an elegant statue of Venus de Milo and ferns.
Other features: Original beams, Delabole slate floor, Georgian panelling and cupboards.  Staircase to ground floor.
First Floor: Second twin bedroom, spacious second bathroom with painted floorboards and original fireplace.  Wall heater.  Landing.

 
Top Floor : Large double bedroom on the top floor with original beams, cupboards, panelling and unusual views across the whole of Kingsand village.

 

Sitting Room
Sitting room also on the top floor with stunning views across Cawsand Bay.  Cream painted floorboards, panelling, beams, TV, CD player and radio.
